Dear Support,
I need help to Reset printer region, purchased in palestine .. after that moved to USA , what should i do to use only ink available in USA (CF248A) for my printer.
- Model : HP LaserJet Pro M15w
- OS : WINDOWS 11

Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Install the new ink cartridges in the printer and from your Windows PC, try the following steps-
1) Launch the printer software from the desktop icon or Or, from the Start menu, click Start, All Programs, HP, the Product Name, and then the Product Name again.
2) Double-click the Estimated Ink Levels icon in the printer software. The Estimated Ink Levels window opens.
3) Press and hold the CTRL and SHIFT keys, and then right-click anywhere in the Estimated Ink Levels window, except for a button. The Set New Region window opens.
4) If the Set New Region window fails to open, right-click to the right and left of the Estimated Ink Levels window.

* No Window opend after do " hold CTRL + SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK MOUSE" in section ink estimated .. it's only take me to page "https://www.hp.com/us-en/home.html"
No any steps Works .. so i tried in another HP SMART windows ..
* this screen i got ftom HP SMART APP, but only window popup after click on "Setting icon > About" .. and hold CTRL + SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK MOUSE ,
WHY THIS ERROR ?
am trying to change Region for Ftirst time ! and bought this printer as A nwe one ?!!!!!
