I just want to know if it is possible to resume a paused Instant Ink subscription before the end of the selected period.

So for example: if I were to pause the subscription for 4 months and after 2 months decide I need to resume/re-activate the subscription, is that possible? Or will I have to wait until the end of the 4 months before the subscription becomes active again?

Hi @Martin71NL,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Yes, it is generally possible to resume a paused HP Instant Ink subscription before the end of the selected pause period. HP's Instant Ink program allows for some flexibility in managing your subscription, including resuming a paused plan early if your needs change.

Here’s how you can resume your paused Instant Ink subscription:

1. Log In to Your HP Instant Ink Account

  1. Visit the HP Instant Ink Website: Go to the HP Instant Ink website.
  2. Sign In: Log in with your HP account credentials associated with your Instant Ink subscription.

2. Navigate to Subscription Settings

  1. Go to Account Settings: Once logged in, find the section for Subscription Settings or Manage Subscription.
  2. Find Pause Option: Look for an option related to the paused status of your subscription.

3. Resume Subscription

  1. Select Resume: You should see an option to Resume Subscription or similar. Follow the prompts to re-activate your subscription.
  2. Confirm and Save: Confirm your decision and save the changes.

4. Verify Activation

  1. Check Status: Verify that your subscription status has been updated to active. You might also receive a confirmation email from HP indicating that the subscription has been resumed.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
