HP 02 ink cartridges
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer died and I purchased a new one.  Everything is OK with the new one that uses HP 64 cartridges.  My old printer used HP 02 cartridges and I have a set of six (6) unopened HP 02 cartridges.  When I tried to return them to the seller (Staples) they said it was too late for them to accept them, but if I contacted HP they would refund me.  I still have the receipts.  How can I contact HP to get a refund on those 6 unopened print cartridges?

You may write to isbescalationteam@hp.com to exchange your unopened cartridges for the cartridges that fit your new printer.
