I have problems already for a long time with my laserjet printer. Although I have had contact with HP support several times, I still can't use my printer as desired. The prints are of bad quality and all the options I got from support and that I followed up don't work. I'd like to send my printer back to HP (it's from September 2021) and receive a new printer. Is this possible and how can I achieve to get a new printer from HP? I payed a lot of money for this printer and it hasn't worked as it should for months now.
