Product: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

I would like to return the ink I received after I changed my printer. The ink is not opened and of no use to me now that I have another printer. I have requested a return and credit with no repsonse.

@Jmorey, Welcome to HP Support Community. 

 

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

If these are instant ink cartridges, you would have received an envelope with the box. You can send back the cartridges with the envelope. 
If you had purchased the cartridges from any store, the return option may not be possible.
