If I change to a lower ink / printed pages subscription what happens to the roll over pages I’ve earned?

Hi @SRH14,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your concern.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

When you switch to a lower HP Instant Ink plan, your rollover pages will adapt to the limits of the new plan. If the plan supports rollovers, your unused pages can still carry over, but only up to the new plan's maximum limit. Any pages beyond that limit will unfortunately be forfeited. On the other hand, if you switch to a free or a low-tier plan that doesn’t allow rollovers, all stored pages will be cleared once the plan changes. It's always good to review the specifics of the plan before making a switch to ensure it aligns with your printing habits.

Let me know if you need more information.
