Microsoft Windows 11

I'm currently using the HP Deskjet 2700 printer; lately, my prints have been slightly rotated. Every time I load white, plain paper when I start printing, the paper automatically rotates as it goes inside the printer. Then the printed result looks rotated to about 5 to 10 degrees when it should be upright and vertical. I tried to do an alignment print through the HP smart app on my PC, but every time, the problem still occurs. I've tried to upkeep the loaded paper but the issue keeps continuing.

Hi @sahal_246,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Dust, paper fiber, and other debris might accumulate on the paper feed rollers and cause paper jams and paper feed issues.

Clean the rollers inside the printer. Press the power button to turn off the printer, and then disconnect the power cord and any other cables from the rear of the printer.

You may refer to this document if any paper jams
