SETUP Cartrige HP Envy 5000

Hello,

I have recently turned on my HP Envy 5000, followed the instructions and inserted the ink. Unfortunately, the printer doesn't work, as it asks me for SETUP cartridge which did not come with the printer. I used original HR cartridges, but these are not the SETUP ones. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Or does it mean that I won't be able to use the printer at all? I am located in Germany in case this is of any im

Hi @Ramin_T,

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
