Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I would like to know if I can swoop my printer inkjet cartridges with compatible sublimation ink cartridges(if available)to print on clear white toner heat transfer substrate? Is the printer versatile to do this?

No, the result will not be good, and you can destroy the printer.
