Hi@S3CR3TARY,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing supply system issues with the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-In-One Printer.
I have a few recommendations
- Remove the ink cartridges and the printhead, restart the printer, and then reinstall the printhead and the ink cartridges. Removing and reinstalling the ink cartridges and the printhead can clear the error displayed on the front panel.
- Click on this link to fix it. https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06435019
- Step 1: Check the ink cartridges for leaks. Replace any ink cartridges that leak.
- Step 2: Reset the printer. Resetting the printer might clear the error message.
- Step 3: Check the carriage for a printhead latch.
- Step 4: Reseat the printhead up to three times.
- Step 5: Replace the printhead.
- Step 6: Service the printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
