Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

LIebe Community,

 

ich habe bei jedem Druck einen leichten schwazren Streifen am Rand.

Daraufhin habe ich habe den Drucker nach Bedienungsanleitung schon vollständig gereinigt - leider immer noch nicht weg.

Ich vermute, dass es die Bildtrommel ist?
Kann man diese bei dem Samsung CLP-680DW Farblaser wechseln bzw. wo bekommt man dann Ersatzteile?

Every time I print, I have a certain black stripe on the edge.

I cleaned the printer to the instruction in the manual - but it didn´t solve my problem.

I would like it to be the image drum (PCU)?
If this is the problem:
Can you change these on the Samsung CLP-680DW color laser and where can I buy it?
