My wife bought this printer approximately 5 years ago. I paid a monthly fee for at least 3 years every month and they were supposed to have sent me ink but never did. I quit paying because I have now paid 7 times the amount of the actual printer. It has not worked for about 3 or more years. They just keep on dragging one along to get more money and I for one peed. They will hear from personally soon because I am a Disabled Above the Knee Amputee War Time. I do not see how a company this large has to take advantage of such small individuals that is just trying to use the printer for personal use only. They have taken advantage of the wrong Veteran. If they do not return all of my funds with interest and or send me a product that actually work with at least 3 years of ink and paper and troubleshoot my problems for free. They will see from me or my lawyer and or both!!
