Hello.
The plastic to the left of the scanner bed has a scratch on it. So when I use the ADF to send something or make copies it puts a black line down the page. Can this piece be replaced?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Stephanie

@sp_smith, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The part of the scanner you're referring to is not customer replaceable. I'd recommend you reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!

Is the scratch rough and creasing the paper?
Can you live with the printer being a little ugly?
If it's just rough; use a single edge razor blade to carefully remove the rough part. That should remove the crease and the black line.
