Can you describe what exactly happened to the screen? For example — is it physically cracked, showing lines, flickering, or just staying black?
Do you know the exact model number of your Pavilion x360? (It usually starts with something like 14-dw** or 14m-dy** — you can find it on the bottom of your laptop or by pressing Fn + Esc to open the HP System Information window.)
Lastly, are you currently under warranty, or do you remember when and where you purchased the laptop?
