Printer Details

  • Model: HP Color Laser 150nw

  • Serial No: Edited

  • Location: Kuching, Sarawak

Issue Description
The printer’s roller is damaged, which is causing poor print quality (e.g. streaks, uneven prints). Please inspect and repair or replace the roller as needed.

Request
Kindly arrange for a technician to pick up or have us bring the unit in. Please advise the nearest authorized service centre to Kuching (Sarawak) where we can send this printer, or if there is an authorized HP service centre in Kuching itself.
