To assist you better, what password are you referring to?

There is no password required to enroll the printer in Instant Ink.

 

If you mean the claim code, refer to - Find the Printer Claim Code or Having Trouble Claiming Your Printer?

 

For assistance with the enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
