Set up instant ink on second hand tango

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an HP Tango that was using Instant Ink second-hand.  I had to cancel the subscription of the previous owners in order to enroll myself.  Now the cartridges that it came with don't work, but I can't print the info sheet to start the new subscription.  I really don't want to have to buy a cartridge in order to sign up for instant ink.  Any ideas?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to use the cartridge that came with the printer.

 

As the cartridges are instant ink cartridges and the subscription is canceled you will not be able to use them.

You will have to purchase regular ink cartridges to print the information page and re-enroll the printer.
