I bought an Hp Envy 5532 printer from a friend and bought new ink and put it in but the touch screen says I need to put new ink cartridge in the cartridges I bough are proper H P inks and are working so do know how to get the printer set up help

  • Could you please share the picture of the error messages or codes? 
  • Are you printing from your phone or computer?
  • What is the operating system?
