Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm setting up a new Smart Tank 7602 using the online guide.  Opened the tank covers and caps.  Unscrewed the new ink bottle, placed the bottle upside down onto the tank of corresponding color, and....nothing!  All of the packing and cardboard has been removed.  Followed the online setup and reference guide to the letter.  Something is keeping the ink from draining into the tanks.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
