Setting up new ENVY Inspire 7255e All-In-One, with ink cartridge problem... streaks

Just setting up a new ENVY Inspire 7255e printer, but the included ink cartridges would not print Cyan.

New color cartridge arrived from HP and all the colors are printing but has streaks/lines in the printout.

Cleaned print heads numerous times and ran Alignment as well, but still has horizontal streaks showing.

Have run 20+ pages, but print quality is not acceptable.
