This is our backup printer. We just installed it. It did not come with setup cartridges. How do we get those. The printer is older, but never has been used. Is there a way we can bypass that error? Thanks.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with setting up your printer as the setup ink cartridges are missing.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
I've sent you a private message with the instructions to override the setup ink cartridges by using genuine HP ink.
In order to access your private messages, Click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link
