I just bought a second hand HP Deskjet 3070A printer in France.
I performed a reset and now I get the “USE SETUP CARTRIDGES” message. I did not receive any setup cartridges with my printer and I would like to know if there is a solution to this problem.

I see that there is an issue with setting up your printer hardware after performing a reset.
I've sent you a private message with the instructions to override the use of setup ink cartridges.
In order to access your private messages, Click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link
