Hi,
I'm not sure what causes this white line. I think it's the drum because there is (almost) no toner on the paper where the white line is, but maybe it can also be the fuser since it a vertical line and maybe the toner is whiped off in the fuser?
Attached some photo's.
Anybody an idea?
Thx

Send a print job, then paper feeds the paper sheet open door to stop the printer. Remove the toners and remove the drum inspect the image on the drum, if the white line is present on the drum then it could be the drum or laser.

It wasn't the drum unfortunately. The line was already visable on the transfer belt. So, now i'm going to clean the belt and casing of the belt.
Guess something like this line can't be a software thing right?

It's not software, the image transfers from drum to belt, if the line is on the drum, then it's not the belt.
When image is printed the transfer goes in this order: toner -> drum -> transfer belt -> paper -> heated in fuser to cure the image on the paper.
If the line in on the drum then it could be the drum or laser. You might have some buildup toner on the laser optics that is preventing the laser beam to drum in that section resulting the white line on the drum.
