@logans27, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding 'Skip to Content' print!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

To resolve the issue of "Skip to Content" printing at the top of every page when using your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer, follow these steps:

Check your Print Settings:

  • Open the document or webpage you wish to print.
  • Go to the print settings (Ctrl + P or File > Print).
  • Make sure to look through the print preview and settings to ensure that any headers or footers are turned off.

Use the Correct Printer Driver:

  • Ensure that you have the correct driver installed for your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e. You can check for drivers on the HP website.

Modify Printer Preferences:

  • Open Control Panel.
  • Navigate to Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e and select 'Printing Preferences'.
  • Check the settings under the 'Layout' and 'Paper/Quality' tabs to ensure everything is set correctly and there are no unintended headers or footers enabled.

Browser Specific Settings:

  • If you are printing from a web browser, ensure that the browser’s print settings are configured correctly.
  • For example, in Google Chrome:
    • Open the print dialog (Ctrl + P).
    • Click on 'More settings'.
    • Uncheck the option for "Headers and footers".

Clear Cached Data:

  • Sometimes cached data can cause printing anomalies. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try printing again.

Update or Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Ensure that your printer software is up to date. If necessary, uninstall and reinstall the software from the HP website.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
