Does anyone else experience slow delivery of replacement cartridges?
I work from home and tely on my printer for producing learning materials and information handouts for my cases.
This is the second time in a year I have to wait 8-10 days without one! Not acceptable service

Sure - if something happens to one person, it almost assuredly can happen to someone else.
"Someone else" is not useful in the context of "What about me?"
