OfficeJet 7510

So i was trying to clean the printhead of my OfficeJet 7510, and removed the same from the printer and everything was going smoothly. But suddenly the support of the printhead moved from side to side and i found a small metal rectangular piece inside the printer. I know that i should not disassemble the printer in the first place but is already of the warranty period and i needed to fix it because the quality of the printer was bad (yes i made all clean and alignment before and nothing worked). Can someone tell me where this piece of metal belongs.

Ps. My english is not the best, I'm Portuguese
