Hi Community.
Can anyone help with how I go about getting a new supply of cartridges.
I've requested them via Virtual Assistant twice now with no success.
The ink meters on here show about 80% which is not true.
I've just spent an age on a project for work - tried to print - no ink. I'm fuming.
Does an email get sent when a request is raised or do you just sit in hope like a lemon.
Is there any way to speak to an actual person.
Sorry for the moan - but I'm so stressed out about my work project.
I will probably cheer up loads when Liverpool win the FA Cup later 😃

Are you trying to get ink for your Instant Ink subscription?
Yes, normally the printer sends a message to the service when ink is needed.
Regardless, we can forward a request for help.
