The multi-color print cartridge keeps hanging my printer. I have to open the printer to release and reset the cartridge. The display states that I need to replace the cartridge if it continually happens. I have tried to contact HP tech support to have them send me a new cartridge. They want to troubleshoot but there is nothing to troubleshoot since the printer works when I have reset it. And if I call them when the printer is not working I can't print. But I have taken a picture of the display when the printer fails and sent it to tech support but it doesn't seem to mater to them because they want to troubleshoot. The printer was purchased in January 2025 and is under warranty. Can anyone tell me how I can speak to someone who can assist me in getting a new cartridge?
