Hi @Hashu2Hashim, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Smart Tank 515 Wireless All-in-One is printing with a pink tint, despite adequate ink levels, try these troubleshooting steps:
Check Printhead Health
- Open HP Smart or HP Printer Assistant on your PC.
- Go to Printer Maintenance > Print Quality Tools.
- Run Clean Printhead and check if colors improve.
Print a Test Page
- Press and hold the Resume button (triangle icon) for 3 seconds to print a diagnostic page.
- Check if all colors print correctly. If cyan or yellow is missing, the output may appear pink.
Perform a Printhead Cleaning Manually
If automated cleaning doesn’t work:
- Turn off the printer.
- Open the printhead access door.
- Remove the printheads and gently clean the nozzles with a lint-free cloth and distilled water.
- Reinsert them and run the printhead cleaning utility again.
Check Ink Tubes for Blockages
- Lift the ink access cover and inspect ink flow in the tubes.
- If cyan is not reaching the printhead properly, it might need priming.
- Try performing an Ink System Flush from the HP Smart app or printer settings.
Update Printer Firmware
- Check for the latest firmware update via HP Support Website.
- Install updates to fix potential software issues.
Reset the Printer
- Unplug the printer from power for 5 minutes.
- Plug it back in and restart to reset internal settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
