Hello,

We bought this printer but I never really liked 100% the prints made by it.

 

I have the impression that the black that it prints is not pure black, it is more of a dark gray than black...

Take a look at the photos I tried to print below, the color variation is huge!

 

I'm using the "other glossy paper" in settings , with maximum quality...

Furthermore, the ink doesn't dry completely on the paper, anything I touch with my hand gets all dirty...

Extremely disappointed with the prints from this machine.

As if that weren't enough, sometimes the printer simply stops working in the middle of printing, as shown by the half-printed sheet... thus causing me to lose all the ink and used paper.
