Product: Smart Tank 7001

My printer suddenly stopped printing Yellow.

 

Also, sometimes it prints black and white without issues.

Sometimes the documents come out with streaks and missing parts.

Almost like it's out of ink but this isn't the issue.

 

It's filled with black and all colors.  Diagnostics fine nothing wrong with it at all.

Alignment is fine.

I've cleaned the print head a bunch of times as well.

 

Any thoughts??  Do I need to replace the print head?
