Product: Smart Tank 7301
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

We have received the HP smart tank 7301 printer. We need technical support because of an error message that says the magenta ink is "low," and it won't print anything. However, all the ink has been filled to the top! We need for it to recognize that the ink is actually full so we can start printing.

HP Recommended

Reinstall the print driver, the driver is providing the wrong information and stops working.
