Smart Tank 7602: I can't seem to find a replacement printhead in the hp parts store. Any ideas?

My printer stopped printing in color. The black works, but not color. The printer won't even draw the ink into the printhead. I've filled all the reservoirs up. I have tried a full reset of the printer, I've tried disconnecting a tube and drawing ink into the line with a syringe. I have taken the printhead off and flushed all three ports with a cleaning kit solution. It still won't print in color. I've used hp's virtual assistant that suggested changing out the printhead. So, I went to the hp parts store and couldn't find the part there. I would prefer to purchase this part from hp and not amazon because there's no guarantee that the part will fit or work right. Any suggestions?

Google search for 3YP17-65001, not sure if HP sells them directly to the customers.

That is what i was using to search. The problem is availability. They seem to be all sold out on the hp website, and I'm not sure about after market parts.
