Hello
I've a Smart Tank Plus 550 and I saw that the printer does not print the colors yellow and blu.
The tanks are full (over half). I did cleaning and alignment more times and nothing change: the only colors i see on the sheets are black and magenta.
The product is not in warranty now, so I also tried to clean the printheads... no result.
Could you please help me?
Could it help to change the color printheads?
