Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 651

My HP Smart Tank Pus 651 is not printing the black ink correctly.  It is streaky and not printing all of the text/image.  I've tried cleaning and aligning the printheads several times and it does no correct the issue. I would like to replace the printhead but the carriage does not move into the required position when I open the access doors.  How do I replace the printhead when this occurs?
