- Are you able to make copies from the printer?
- Have you tried cleaning the ink cartridge copper heads?

I am having this problem with my HP Samrt Tank Plus 551 at this time. I have tried all of the solutions referred in the posts but cannot get the cyan or yellow to pring. My model # 1TJ12A, serial # CN9AB24411. The printhead does not move to center when the door is opened. There are no errors showing. I print from Windows 11 PC (no previous issues) & iPhone.

I have the same problem as the others in this thread - my printer (HP Smart Tank Plus 570) simply won't print Cyan. This applies in all situations - printing (from PC) and copying. The diagnostic sheets are normal, except that there is no cyan anywhere. There is no error status showing, and the print heads do not come to the centre when the door is opened. I have run all the cleaning and alignment routines with no effect.
