After manually remove the printheqad and some simple cleaning, black ink is printed and the test page looks okie now.

My printer says I am out of Cyan but the tank is full.  There are no other printer errors.  How can I get the blue ink to work?  I would clean the print head, but it does not center when I open the access door.  It is similar to the problem with the black ink, except that it is the blue ink.  HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE PRINTHEADS TO TRY AND CLEAN THEM?
