macOS 12.0 Monterey

I always get incomplete prints in the middle and the start of a text with a black ink. Please see attached diagnostic report for reference. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the image is not visible.

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Thanks for sharing the details. 

 

Update the firmware by selecting the current OS. Click here

 

Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.

Check ink levels and fill the tanks

  • Low ink levels can impact print quality. Refill any tanks that are low on ink.
  • HP recommends that you use genuine HP ink. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP ink. If you do not use genuine HP ink and HP printheads, the steps in this document might not resolve print quality issues.
  • NOTE:
  • Purchase replacement cartridges and other supplies from the HP Store or local retailers.
  • On the control panel, look for CMYK and the blinking Ink icons . The Printhead icons might also blink.
