Smudged Printing Even With New Cartridges and After Cleaning Tools Used.

Printer is smudging my prints, especially the black items, despite running all the cleaning tools and even with new genuine HP cartridges. What more can I do to fix this? Feels like it needs to be cleaned manually from the inside as conditions can get dusty at home .
