Product: HP Smart Tank 7301 All-in-One

Hi,

 

Have a customer that has a local install HP Smart Tank 7301 printer on a Windows 10 22H1 laptop.   It will print fine from Windows in any application except when the user is using a Remote Desktop Connection.   We have matched the driver from the laptop on the Windows 2016 Server and verified it is not using easy print.   When the user prints from RDP, all the text is smudged.

Has anyone seen this before /  know how to resolve?
