Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Laserjet Enterprise M607. For some time now, the printout has been smudged and completely illegible. We have now installed a maintenance kit, so the fuser unit is new. Unfortunately, this has not brought any improvement. So we have also installed a new toner, also without success. However, when testing it, I noticed the following: if I load the paper via the single sheet feeder, i.e. tray 1, the printout is flawless. If I use tray 2 or 3, the usual poor image appears again.
I cannot explain this. Is the paper path via trays 2 and 3 no longer correct? Can this be checked/fixed?
You can see the difference between the printouts in the pictures.
I would like to save the printer, especially as a lot of money has already been spent on troubleshooting.
