Product: HP OfficeJet 8014 All-in-One Printer

Hello all,

I have recently replaced the black ink cartridge (HP 912XL) in our printer. The printer has recognised it, and it is reading out that the cartridge is full, but it will not print any black and white text documents. 

We have used this same cartridge before, I have removed the cartridge to give it a shake and make sure there are no protective films left on it, I have performed a head clean and all things I know to do, but it still won't print my documents with black text.

Any clues?
