I tried printing a 12 page calendar and it only printed January and a couple of inches of February. Then I tried printing the pages separately, but again occasionally it would only print either the top few inches of a page or would print 99% of it, leaving the last bit not printed. My printer isn't showing any issues, I've checked drivers to no avail. From trying to print 4 calendars (48 pages) I have had to re-print 16 pages. My printer has enough ink in the cartridges, the printhead is cleaned and aligned so I'm at a loss. Any help would be welcomed.

Hi @DEFIF,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP ENVY 6022e All-in-One Printer is experiencing intermittent printing issues, where only partial pages are being printed. Since you've already ensured that the ink levels, printhead alignment, and drivers are fine, here are some additional steps you can try.
Check the Paper Settings:
- Ensure that the paper size and type settings in your printer software match what you are actually using. Sometimes, mismatched paper settings can cause incomplete printing.
- In the printer settings on your computer, confirm that you are using the correct paper size (e.g., A4, Letter) and that the printer isn't mistakenly set to a custom size that could be cutting off the print area.
Try a Different Document or Application:
- Try printing from a different application or document to see if the problem persists. This can help determine if the issue is related to the specific file or the printer itself.
- If you're printing from a PDF, for example, try printing a Word document or an image to rule out application-related issues.
Print a Printer Diagnostic Page:
- Print a diagnostic or configuration page from your printer settings (this is usually found in the printer's control panel or in the settings through the HP Smart app). This will help identify any potential hardware or firmware issues.
Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Even though you've checked the drivers, it might be helpful to completely uninstall and then reinstall them. Sometimes, drivers can become corrupted and a fresh installation can fix the problem.
- You can download the latest drivers for your printer from HP's official website.
Reset the Printer:
- A hard reset might help. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and leave it unplugged for about 10 minutes. Then plug it back in, turn it on, and try printing again.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. HP often releases updates to fix bugs or improve printer performance.
- You can check for updates via the HP Smart app or on HP’s official support website.
Check the Printer’s Internal Rollers and Paper Feed:
- Sometimes, the paper feed mechanism or internal rollers can cause issues if they are dirty or misaligned. Inspect the printer for any dust or debris inside that could be affecting the print quality.
Perform a Print Quality Diagnostic:
- If your printer offers a print quality diagnostic option (usually available through the printer settings in the HP Smart app), try running it to check for any issues with the printhead or internal mechanisms.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
