Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a black ink cartridge leak on the inside of the printer.  I replaced the cartridge but I am still getting a cartridge error.  I can see the spilled ink but it is inside the printer and I don't know how to get to it to clean the spill.

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

My printer is a hp6960 all in one.  The ink has spilled inside the printer cabinet.  I can see it but I am not sure how to get to it.  The printer gives me a msg. that the cartridge is broken.  I believe I am getting this msg because of the spilled ink.
