im having a problem printing on glossy sticker paper, its leaving a squiggly line down the page as if its scratching it paper but doesnt feel scratched. its fine with normal paper but once i change to glossy its back, if image isnt colour (Black box but white in middle) it leaves marks on black box part. ive took all toner cartridges out and they seem fine, ive cleaned the inside of machine and back roller with lint free dry cloth but no change. its very frustrating as i print logo labels for people and have orders to get out .

Make sure the printer supports the type and size of sticker paper you are using. You may refer to the product specifications page and check under paper-handling.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Refer to this document to make sure the papers are loaded correctly - Loading Paper, Envelopes

 

Check the print settings on the app you are using to print.
