Hello,
Recently, my printer HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdn doesn't work well. The papers come out with a stain line as in the attached image.
I would like to do a cleaning run in setting but each run, the A4 remains stuck in the printer and I have to get it out manually. Do you know what cause this problem ?

The repeating mark on the left side of the page is caused by a failed fuser. Your options are to either buy an OEM fuser, a 3rd party or refurbished fuser, or buy a roller kit and rebuild your own fuser.
