Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

I purchased an HP ENVY Photo 7155 a couple of years ago but am just setting it up for the first time now.  The set up menu is saying I have to use the SETUP cartridge which I am.  The cartridge says "single use only".  Why is it not working and how do I get this printer setup?
