Streaked printing from my HP Color printer Model 8035.

I have owned my HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 since May 2020.  In the last few days the print quality has deteriorated dramatically.  There are streaks across most of the printed page.  I have aligned the printheads, cleaned the printheads, installed new cartridges and the Print Quality Diagnostic Page still shows lines in the test patterns.  Is there anything else I can do to rectify this issue?

I had the same problem but after a one-hour try this, try that session with an HP ink person we determined it was a defective black ink cartridge. HP replace the cartridge (under warranty) and that solved the problem.  If you have only one color streaking, trying replacing the cartridge but run the cleaning program at least twice.  al
