HP LaserJet Pro MFP M130fw

I have a LaserJet Pro MFP M130Fw that I purchased in April 2018. I am on a desktop PC running Windows 11, if that makes any difference. I am getting little horizontal streaks down the edges of printouts. It started when I changed the toner cartridge (the old one ran out of ink) last week. I had 2 cartridges, so I tried the second one as well and is still happened. I've tried cleaning off the cartridges, cleaning the inside of the printer, seeing if I could clean any of the drum without causing any damage to it. I've never changed the drum so I'm wondering if that might be the issues.

Any ideas as to what is causing this would be appreciated. The page looks like this:

That is printer's drum worn out and needs to be replaced. When you remove the toner the drum is behind the toner and you remove it just like a toner cartridge and replace it.

I was afraid that was the issue. I'm not sure it is worth replacing the drum because the printer is 5+ years old, the manual says it will work up to Windows 8 (!), and the scanner interface is slow. I may just keep an eye on sales and replace it at this point. Thanks so much for your help.
