Please read this post then provide some details. What printer model? Do you have the full-featured driver installed? Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen? Are the cartridges HP or third-party? Did the printer have its power turned off externally (either from an external switch or from unplugging the printer without turning it off)?

- What printer model? I don’t know. Do you have the full-featured driver installed? Don’t know Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen? No Are the cartridges HP or third-party? :3 party. Did the printer have its power turned off externally (either from an external switch or from unplugging the printer without turning it off)?

The document here should help you find the printer model number. Click on the link to open the document, then click on the + in the Printer section. Please post the model number here. (Do not post the printer serial number).
